CITIC TELECOM (01883) has announced its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. During the first half of 2026, the global economic environment underwent deep restructuring, marked by a combination of complexity and uncertainty. Concurrently, a new wave of technological revolution accelerated, with rapid iterations in artificial intelligence, next-generation information technologies, and other cutting-edge innovations, intensifying competition in the information and communication industry. In response, the group adhered to its international development and technology-led strategy, systematically advancing its strategic framework, consolidating its business foundations, and focusing on improving development quality. Currently, operational results remain stable and positive, steadily progressing toward becoming a leading digital and intelligent integrated telecom enterprise in the Asia-Pacific region.
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, telecom service revenue amounted to HK$4.078 billion, an increase of HK$6 million compared to the same period in 2025. This growth was driven by higher revenue from mobile communication services and international telecom services, though partially offset by declines in internet business, enterprise business, and fixed-line voice services.
