The board of CHIHO ENV (00976) has announced a change in its company secretary and authorized representative roles.

Mr. Yin Junye has resigned from his position as company secretary. He has also stepped down from his roles as the company's authorized representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and as the authorized representative for accepting legal documents in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance. These changes are effective from July 10, 2026.

Following his resignation, Mr. Yin will no longer hold any position within the group.

Concurrently, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chen Zhaohong as the new company secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date, July 10, 2026.
