Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (Insilico Medicine) announced it will be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes at the close of trading on 31 Aug 2026. The index series tracks small-capitalisation companies across developed and emerging markets, broadening visibility among global institutional investors.

The biotechnology group has already been admitted to multiple benchmark indices since its Hong Kong listing, including: • CSI Hong Kong Connect Innovative Drug Index • CSI Hong Kong Brand Name Drug Index • CSI HK Connect Health Care Composite Index • Hang Seng Composite Index • Hang Seng Healthcare Index • Hang Seng Biotechnology Index • FTSE Global Small Cap, All-Cap and Total-Cap Indexes

The Board stated that the forthcoming MSCI inclusion underscores market recognition of Insilico Medicine’s competitive strengths, scalable business model and commercial potential. Management expects the development to increase research coverage, attract passive fund inflows, diversify the shareholder base and enhance trading liquidity.
