On May 27, Chengdu Industry and Trade Polytechnic and JD Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony and the establishment ceremony for the Chengdu Platform Economy Industry Institute. Centered around a "1+3+N" full-chain system, the two parties aim to organically integrate the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, ushering in a new chapter of collaborative talent cultivation between enterprises and educational institutions.

At the event, the school and the enterprise signed a strategic cooperation agreement, initiated the construction of three major platforms, and awarded plaques to four designated order-based training classes.

The "1+3+N" full-chain system is structured as follows: "1" represents one main thrust, which closely aligns with the development needs of the platform economy to carry out integrated cooperation in Party building, talent cultivation, technology R&D, social services, and employment and entrepreneurship. "3" refers to building three substantive cooperation platforms: the Chengdu Platform Economy Industry Institute, which precisely matches the talent demands of the economic industry chain and constructs a vertically integrated training system spanning secondary vocational, higher vocational, and undergraduate education; the JD Service Technology Training and Certification Center, which establishes a standardized, large-scale skill training and certification system targeting five major service scenarios in home appliances and home furnishings: installation, repair, cleaning, collection, and moving; and the Digital Business Integration of Industry and Education Practice Base, which creates an on-campus practice benchmark with "standard scenarios, standard courses, and standard assessments," enabling students to be job-ready while in school and competent upon graduation. "N" signifies forming several "order-based" specialized training classes. Targeting four cutting-edge fields—new retail, smart logistics, automation equipment, and embodied robot applications—order-based training classes will be established, implementing a model of "orientation upon enrollment and employment upon graduation." The initiative plans to cultivate and train 5,000 high-skilled talents annually, providing solid support for the development of "Skilled Chengdu."

The two parties have also set phased goals: by the end of 2026, the three major platforms will be fully completed; from 2027 to 2028, they will serve no fewer than 30 enterprises; and by 2029, they aim to establish a national benchmark demonstration for the integration of industry and education.
