MNSO Repurchases 106,400 Shares on NYSE, Total Buyback Reaches 10.36 Million Shares

MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) disclosed that it bought back 106,400 ordinary shares on 9 September 2026 via the New York Stock Exchange under an existing Rule 10b5-1 repurchase programme. The shares, equivalent to 26,600 American depositary shares, were repurchased at prices ranging from USD 2.29 to USD 2.32 per share, for a total consideration of USD 0.25 million.

Following the transaction, MNSO’s issued share count remained at 1.21 billion shares, as the repurchased shares—representing 0.0088% of shares outstanding—had not yet been cancelled by the reporting date. All 106,400 shares are scheduled for cancellation.

The purchase was made under the shareholder mandate granted on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 121.40 million shares. Including the latest transaction, MNSO has repurchased 10.36 million shares, or 0.85% of the total shares authorised by the mandate. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 9 October 2026.
