Hengan International Group Company Limited announced that Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Li Wai Leung will step down from all posts—including company secretary and authorised representative—effective 1 April 2026. According to the board filing, Li is leaving to pursue other career opportunities and has no disagreements with the board.
Effective the same date, Pang Yiu Chi Edwin will assume the roles of Company Secretary, authorised representative under both the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, and head of finance and investor relations. Pang, aged 39, brings 17 years of audit, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate-finance experience. He joined Hengan as Finance and Investor Relations Director in March 2026 after serving as Vice President, Finance, at CVC Asia Pacific Limited (2024–2025) and Corporate Finance Manager at Binance (2022–2023). Earlier, he worked nine years in audit, concluding as Audit Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong (2011–2017). Pang is a CPA Australia member and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong.
The board expressed gratitude to Li for his contributions and extended a formal welcome to Pang.
