贝壳盘初拉涨近13%，公司2020全年扭亏为盈

3月16日，贝壳盘初拉涨，现涨近13%，据公司年报显示，公司全年扭亏为盈，营收同比增长57.6%。

财报显示，贝壳Q4净营收226.7亿元，同比增长57.6%，净利润10.96亿元，上年同期净亏损31.21亿元；调整后净利润为20.01亿元，较去年增长4424.8%；交易总额(GTV)达1.12万亿，同比增长65.4%。全年业绩方面，该公司GTV达3.4991万亿；净营收为705亿元，同比增长53.2%；净利润为27.78亿元，调整后净利润为57.2亿元，同比增长245.4%。
