Ten Pao Group Publishes Circular Detailing Interim Scrip Dividend Scheme for 1H26

Bulletin Express10-14 17:03

On 15 October 2026, Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited (Ten Pao Group) released a shareholder circular outlining the parameters of its Scrip Dividend Scheme connected to the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The English and Chinese versions of the document—referred to as the “Current Corporate Communication”—are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.tenpao.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who hold their shares via CCASS and have not registered for electronic communications may request printed copies free of charge by submitting the accompanying Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.

Non-registered holders are encouraged to provide their e-mail addresses to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.) to receive electronic notices of future corporate communications, including actionable items under the Listing Rules. Absent a functional e-mail address, future notices and documents will be dispatched in printed form until updated details are supplied.

Queries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

The circular offers comprehensive information on the terms and procedures of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the interim period, enabling shareholders to elect to receive dividends in shares instead of cash.
