Fuel Prices to Rise Tonight

Deep News16:11

Oil prices on international markets have been highly volatile since the last domestic fuel price adjustment on July 17th. After a sharp rally over several days, prices fell back, only to surge again more recently. The average price over the 10 working days before this adjustment is higher than the average over the 10 working days before the previous adjustment.

Based on these changes in the international oil market, from 24:00 on July 31st, the domestic retail price for gasoline (standard grade) will increase by 685 yuan per tonne, and the price for diesel (standard grade) will increase by 655 yuan per tonne.

Companies including PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, along with other crude oil processors, must organize the production and transportation of refined oil products to ensure stable market supply and strictly implement national pricing policies.

Local authorities are required to strengthen market supervision and inspection efforts, strictly cracking down on any failure to comply with national pricing policies to maintain normal market order. Consumers can report any price violations through the 12315 platform.
