VSTECS Shares Surge Over 18% in Morning Trading Following Launch of Proprietary VClaw Product

VSTECS (00856) saw its gains continue to widen during the morning session, with its share price rising by 18.27% to HK$9.32, accompanied by a trading volume of HK$249 million.

On March 19, VSTECS announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$97.626 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.59%. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was HK$1.353 billion, up 28.66% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.9768, and the company proposed a final dividend of HK$0.4177 per share.

Notably, according to an announcement on VSTECS's official social media, the company officially launched its self-developed new product, VClaw, during the annual results briefing. The product is designed for high-frequency internal office scenarios within enterprises and has been optimized to address key requirements such as installation and deployment, security and controllability, and compatibility with domestic office environments. It can serve as a universal AI work entry point for corporate digital employees. This launch represents the latest advancement in VSTECS's proprietary technology segment within its enterprise-level AI product portfolio. With the introduction of VClaw, the company has further enhanced its comprehensive AI full-stack product and solution offerings.

According to the company's plan, VSTECS aims to increase its research and development investment by 100% year-on-year in 2026, with a focus on areas including intelligent agent development and management platforms, large model service platforms, and computing resource scheduling and multi-cloud management. These efforts are intended to further strengthen the company's capabilities in enterprise-level AI products and solutions. Moving forward, VSTECS will continue to increase investment in enterprise AI products, industry-specific solutions, and ecosystem collaboration.
