Transport International Holdings Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Issues 2026 AGM Materials

Transport International Holdings Limited has released three key documents on 17 April 2026: the 2025 Annual Report, a circular regarding general mandates to issue and repurchase shares along with the re-election of directors and notice of annual general meeting, and the proxy form for the 2026 AGM.

The English and Chinese versions of all materials are accessible on the company’s website (www.tih.hk) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously opted for printed copies will receive the documents by post.

Investors may alter their preferred method or language of receiving future corporate communications by completing and returning a Change Request Form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. The form can be submitted by mail, by hand delivery to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by email to tih.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Shareholders who experience difficulties in accessing electronic versions can request printed copies free of charge. The company also permits changes to communication preferences at any time with at least seven days’ written notice.
