Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed that on 27 October 2026 it bought back 0.90 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$0.675 and HK$0.68 per share, for a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.6787. The aggregate consideration amounted to HK$0.61 million.
Following the transaction, Nayuki’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.05 % to 1.64 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 63.19 million. The total issued share capital remains at 1.71 billion shares because the repurchased stock has been retained in treasury and not yet cancelled.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 169.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 54.05 million shares, representing 3.18 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Nayuki is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 26 November 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this repurchase.
