CNBM has announced plans to issue up to 1 billion yuan in corporate bonds targeted at professional investors. The bonds, designated as the third tranche of 2026 Science and Technology Innovation Corporate Bonds, are scheduled for issuance on June 3, 2026. Each bond will have a par value of 100 yuan and will be issued at a price of 100 yuan per bond. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to repay existing interest-bearing debt.
