HKBN publishes 2026 interim report and confirms full transition to electronic dissemination of corporate documents

HKBN Ltd. announced that its 2026 interim report has been released in both English and Chinese and is now accessible on the company’s website (www.hkbnltd.net) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime (Rule 2.07A) effective since 31 December 2023, HKBN has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Shareholders are encouraged to: • Provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code in the enclosed reply form, or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). • Note that if no valid email address is supplied, they must regularly access HKBN’s and HKEXnews’ websites for new documents and will only receive actionable corporate communications in hard copy. • Request printed copies of future corporate communications if required; such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.
