MGM China Releases 2025 Annual Report, ESG Disclosure and Shifts to Fully Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express03-30

MGM China Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying circular are now available on both the company’s website (https://en.mgmchinaholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The group has also published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report exclusively in electronic form on the same platforms.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless regime, MGM China confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default. Non-registered shareholders wishing to continue receiving hard-copy documents must submit a written or email request to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely receipt of electronic publication notifications. Absent a valid email address, investors will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites proactively for new releases.

Any questions regarding the new arrangement can be directed to Computershare’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688 during weekday business hours.

The company secretary, Antonio Menano, issued the notice on 31 March 2026.
