Techtronic Industries executes HKD 2.81 million share repurchase; 210,000 shares pending cancellation

Techtronic Industries Company Limited reported a further buyback of 20,000 ordinary shares on 25 August 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 139.00 to HKD 142.60. The transaction cost HKD 2.81 million and represents 0.0011 % of the company’s 1.83 billion issued shares.

Including this latest transaction, 210,000 shares repurchased between 12 and 25 August 2026—equal to approximately 0.0115 % of outstanding share capital—remain to be cancelled. The volume-weighted outlay for these ten trading sessions totals HKD 29.76 million.

The share count therefore remains unchanged at 1,827,717,941 ordinary shares as at 25 August 2026.

Under the general mandate approved on 8 May 2026, Techtronic Industries is authorised to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 2.97 million shares have been bought back, utilising 0.162 % of the mandate. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares until 24 September 2026.
