The Guangyuan Market Supervision Bureau in Sichuan Province has announced the results of its 2025 "You Choose, We Inspect" industrial product quality safety campaign. A total of 31 batches across 15 product categories—including gasoline, diesel, disposable paper tableware, sanitary napkins, and compound fertilizers—were sampled. Among these, 29 batches met standards, while one batch of plastic shopping bags failed inspection.
On November 7, representatives including city legislators, political advisors, business environment supervisors, and journalists participated in an open inspection event, where three batches of sanitary napkins were randomly selected for testing.
The inspection covered multiple parameters such as material composition, microbial content, and mechanical performance. One non-compliant case has been referred to local authorities for further action. Consumers are encouraged to report counterfeit or substandard products via hotlines 12345 or 12315.
Key findings include: - **Eyewear**: Prescription glasses from multiple retailers met optical and structural standards. - **Paper Products**: Toilet paper and facial tissues complied with brightness, tensile strength, and microbial limits. - **Sanitary Napkins**: All tested batches showed no bacterial contamination. - **Fuel**: Gasoline and diesel samples met national specifications for sulfur content, octane rating, and distillation parameters. - **Plastic Bags**: One batch failed thickness requirements under environmental guidelines.
Detailed test data for each product is available in the official report.
