The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the second batch of entities selected to build manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, with 25 units making the list following procedures including entity application, local recommendation, expert review, and public notice.
Among the selected units are Henan Xfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Machinery Industry Sixth Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., both based in Henan province.
Official Notice on Announcing the Second Batch of Manufacturing Digital Transformation Promotion Center Builders
The notice, numbered MIIT General Office Planning Letter [2026] No. 471, was addressed to the industry and information technology departments of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
According to the Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Launching the Work of the Second Batch of Manufacturing Digital Transformation Promotion Centers (MIIT General Office Planning Letter [2026] No. 238), a total of 25 units have entered the list of builders for the second batch of manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, referred to as digital promotion centers, following entity application, local recommendation, expert review, and public notice procedures. The list is hereby announced.
Local industry and information technology departments are required to strengthen guidance, support, and routine management for the builders of digital promotion centers, and to properly summarize experience and results. All builders are required to strengthen their professional orientation and carry out the construction of digital promotion centers in accordance with the Requirements of the Guidelines for the Establishment of Manufacturing Digital Transformation Promotion Centers (MIIT General Office Planning Letter [2025] No. 198), reinforce the role of "gathering energy and empowering," highlight the application of artificial intelligence empowerment, deeply cultivate industries, take root in regions, and radiate across the country, helping manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerate their digital and intelligent transformation.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen dynamic management of the digital promotion centers, support them in participating in the construction of high-standard digital parks, new-type technological transformation, and the enhancement of key capabilities for the deep integration of the digital and real economies in national advanced manufacturing clusters, regularly assess their service capacity and service effectiveness, and summarize and promote typical experience and results.
