Zhongguancun Fengtai Park and Deepexi Tech Introduce AI Assistant for Government Services

Deep News04-28

On April 28, Zhongguancun Fengtai Park and Deepexi Tech collaborated to launch the nation's first AI-powered government service assistant, named "Feng Xiaozhi." Chen Li, Deputy Director of Zhongguancun Fengtai Park, stated that grassroots administration and business management have long faced common challenges such as inefficient cross-departmental information coordination and difficulties in preserving institutional knowledge. Repetitive tasks drain resources, and expertise is often lost when staff leave. In this context, the digital employee Feng Xiaozhi was developed to integrate deeply into government workflows, support scientific decision-making, and automate business processes, serving as a new digital colleague that enhances administrative efficiency. Currently, "Feng Xiaozhi—Smart Steward" is already embedded in frontline business services. It can independently handle core functions like enterprise data coordination and risk alerts, while breaking down departmental barriers to enable cross-department "joint operations" and "end-to-end closed-loop management." Moving forward, Fengtai Park will continue to expand the Feng Xiaozhi matrix, rolling out digital employees for smart processing, knowledge management, and investment promotion, covering scenarios such as smart office operations, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and business attraction. These tools will enable automated document generation, precise policy dissemination, and identification of potential investment clients. Zhao Jiehui, Founder, Chairman, Executive Director, and CEO of Deepexi Tech, emphasized that the company's self-developed DeepClaw enterprise AI foundation empowers Feng Xiaozhi with genuine capability and professionalism, advancing government AI from a supportive tool to substantive digital productivity. Established in 2018, Deepexi Tech is a leading enterprise-level large model provider. Data shows that in the first half of 2025, over 50% of its revenue came from the manufacturing sector, serving companies such as China Haicheng and Han's Laser. The firm is also expanding its presence in consumer retail, transportation, healthcare, and other fields. Deepexi Tech highlighted that, from government services to manufacturing, and from retail to healthcare and transportation, it uses AI agents as a core vehicle, driven by the Deepexi enterprise large model. Based on its core positioning as an enterprise-level Token productivity platform, the company transforms standardized Tokens into a secure, controllable, accumulative, and scalable foundation for AI employee capabilities.
