At the First Autonomous Driving Mobility Ecosystem Forum held in Shenzhen on November 7, themed "Building a New Autonomous Driving Ecosystem, Creating New Value for Autonomous Driving," Du Shangbiao, Vice President of BingEx, delivered a keynote speech.
Du highlighted that as new energy vehicles evolve into smart vehicles, the primary concern for car owners has shifted from locating charging stations to plugging/unplugging charging cables. BingEx's service addresses this need with instant, on-demand availability.
"Imagine parking your self-driving car at Shenzhen Airport—it autonomously finds a charger. Then you fly to Beijing or even the U.S., and with a simple app order, we’ll unplug it for you in Shenzhen," Du explained. He emphasized that BingEx’s core business revolves around "time as a service," offering personalized one-to-one solutions.
He outlined three key benefits of this model: 1. Resolving car owners’ critical pain points—especially during bad weather or emergencies—by providing plug/unplug services. 2. Enhancing user experience and brand loyalty for automotive ecosystem partners. 3. Expanding BingEx’s service scenarios, creating more income opportunities for its couriers.
