Skyworth Posts Flat Share Capital Structure in April 2026 Monthly Return

Skyworth Group Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 1.00 billion, representing 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. The issued share base was unchanged at 1,892.00 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. This leaves approximately 8,108.00 million authorised but unissued shares available under the current mandate.

Skyworth confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as of month-end. The company reported no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments during the month.

The monthly return was submitted on 4 May 2026 and signed by Director and Company Secretary Eric Lam Shing-Choi.
