CONCH CEMENT (00914) has announced that its board of directors passed a resolution on May 12, 2026, regarding the appointment of senior management personnel. To meet the operational and management needs of the company, and based on the nomination from the board's remuneration and nomination committee, the directors unanimously agreed to appoint Mr. Li Guoyou as Assistant to the General Manager. This appointment takes effect from the date the board resolution was passed.
