Empyrean Technology Faces Potential Share Reduction as State Backer Plans to Sell Up to 1% Stake

Empyrean Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 301269) has announced that its major shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (commonly referred to as the "Big Fund"), intends to reduce its holdings.

The Big Fund, which currently holds a 6.97% stake in the company, plans to dispose of up to 5.4787 million shares, representing no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.

According to the company's disclosure, the reduction will be carried out through centralized auction or block trading methods. The sell-down is scheduled to commence fifteen trading days after the announcement date and is expected to be completed within a three-month period.
