China First Capital: High Court Adjourns Winding-Up Petition Hearing to 26 Oct 2026

China First Capital Group Limited announced that, at the 20 July 2026 High Court session, a supporting creditor was permitted to replace the original petitioner in the latest winding-up petition against the company. Consequently, the court has adjourned the substantive hearing of the petition to 9:30 a.m. on 26 October 2026.

The board states that it will continue to seek legal advice and will issue further announcements to update shareholders and investors on material developments, including matters related to the potential transfer of shares.

Management advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
