EASTROC Declares Interim Dividend of RMB 30 per 10 Shares for First-Half 2026

Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (EASTROC) has announced an interim (semi-annual) cash dividend of RMB 30 per 10 shares—equivalent to approximately RMB 3.00 per share—for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The distribution relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and remains subject to shareholder approval, with key timetable details such as ex-dividend, record and payment dates to be confirmed.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate yet to be announced. Entitlement will be based on the Hong Kong share register maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

For H-shareholders that are non-resident enterprises, EASTROC is required to withhold and pay 10 % PRC enterprise income tax on the dividend. Shares registered in the name of HKSCC Nominees Limited and similar non-individual holders will be treated as non-resident enterprise holdings. Eligible investors may apply for tax refunds in accordance with relevant tax treaties once dividends are received.

The board currently comprises six executive directors and four independent non-executive directors. Further updates on the dividend schedule will be provided once finalised.
