BEONE MEDICINES Plans to Unveil Preliminary CEA ADC Findings for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Including Both Squamous and Non-Squamous Cases

BEONE MEDICINES (06160.HK) announced during a research briefing that it intends to publish early-stage data on its CEA-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), encompassing both squamous and non-squamous patient populations.

The specific thresholds for CEA expression, PD-L1 expression stratification, and corresponding efficacy outcomes have not yet been disclosed to the public, with further details expected in subsequent data releases.

The company clarified that it is not confining this therapeutic candidate to later-line treatment settings. Instead, it is accelerating efforts to move the ADC into earlier lines of therapy and to advance combination regimens with PD-1 inhibitors and other agents.

For subpopulations such as those with co-mutations in CEA and KRAS, BEONE MEDICINES will also conduct exploratory analyses based on the degree of expression overlap and early clinical signals.
