Oilfield services firm Archer has signed a three-year contract extension with Equinor to continue providing wireline logging and intervention services on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The extension is based on the integrated wireline agreement initially signed by the two parties in 2021, ensuring continued operational visibility.

The total contract value is approximately $320.8 million, with roughly half allocated to Archer and the remainder to its alliance partners.

Archer's CEO stated, "This contract extension reflects the strong and long-standing relationship we have built with Equinor. We are pleased to continue supporting Equinor's operations and view this agreement as a partnership of strategic importance to Archer. It provides long-term visibility for our business, strengthens our alliance model, and demonstrates trust in our personnel, technology, and service quality."
