Sonos jumped nearly 4% in morning trading as it won over Google in a patent case. The U.S. International Trade Commission found Google violated five patents held by Sonos related to audio synchronization, volume adjustment, and Wi-Fi connection, Tripp Mickle of The Wall Street Journal reports. The court decided Google must stop importing products that infringe those patents. Google spokesman Jose Castaneda said the company will appeal the decision.
