Johnson Electric Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental announcement to its 16 June 2026 AGM circular, detailing the financial terms linked to the proposed re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as external auditor.
The Group plans to table an ordinary resolution at the upcoming annual general meeting for PwC’s re-appointment and for the Board to determine the auditor’s remuneration. The estimated audit fee for the year ending 31 March 2027 is projected at US$3.10 million to US$3.40 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. Management stated that the range reflects historical audit costs, prevailing market rates, the anticipated audit scope and timetable, and the resources PwC will deploy.
The company expects the final fee to remain within the stated range, provided there are no significant changes in business scope, operations, accounting policies, or the regulatory environment. Any material deviation will prompt further disclosure.
All other details in the original AGM circular remain unchanged.
