According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Kaisa Group (01638) experienced a position movement on October 5, with a total transferred warehouse market value of HK$117.6766 million, accounting for 5.58%.

Shareholders of the company transferred 463 million shares into BNP Paribas, while transferring out 493 million shares from HSBC (Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation).

Previously, Kaisa Group issued an announcement stating that on September 25, 2026, the company allotted and issued 219 million shares upon the conversion of mandatory convertible bonds (Tranches B and C), and allotted and issued 1.027 billion shares upon the conversion of mandatory convertible bonds (Tranches D, E, F, G, and H).
