DTECH Proposes Shift to Chinese Accounting Standards and Ends Overseas Auditor Engagement

DTECH (01377) has announced its proposal to enhance the efficiency of information disclosure by simplifying financial reporting processes, reducing disclosure costs, and lowering audit fees. The company suggests transitioning to prepare financial statements solely under the Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and for subsequent accounting periods, with disclosures to be made in both the mainland China and Hong Kong markets.

In connection with this change, the company also proposes to terminate the engagement of Rongcheng Hong Kong as its overseas financial reporting auditor for the fiscal year 2026.
