Boeing 777 Carrying Over 400 Passengers Makes Emergency Landing After Engine Fire

A Boeing 777-200 aircraft operated by Red Wings Airlines successfully returned to Moscow's Domodedovo Airport after an engine fire during takeoff on December 3.

The aircraft, carrying 412 passengers and 13 crew members, had departed Domodedovo at 21:19 local time en route to Phuket. Airport operations remained unaffected by the incident.

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency confirmed there were no casualties among passengers or crew members. The cause of the engine fire is under investigation.
