China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CHINFMINING) announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report on 23 September 2026. The report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.cnmcl.net).
In alignment with HKEX Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, the Articles of Association and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, CHINFMINING confirmed a permanent transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—covering directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.
Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive the 2026 Interim Report in both language versions. Those experiencing difficulties accessing the online documents may request complimentary printed copies by emailing hk1258-ir@cnmc.com.cn or by writing to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide valid email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.—to ensure timely receipt of e-notices. If a functional email address is not supplied, investors must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for future publications.
Requests for printed versions of forthcoming corporate or actionable communications can be made by completing and returning the designated reply form to the share registrar or by emailing a scanned copy of the form to hk1258-ir@cnmc.com.cn. Unless revoked or amended in advance, such instructions will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
