PHOENIX TV (02008) announced that on October 10, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, PHOENIX TV, entered into the first cooperation agreement with Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong. Under this initial agreement, Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong commissioned PHOENIX TV to provide services for the first program. Subsequently, to further enhance the reach and exposure of this first program, the same contracting parties entered into a second cooperation agreement on April 29, 2026, under which Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong commissioned PHOENIX TV to provide services specified in that second agreement. To showcase the dissemination and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture overseas, on May 15, 2026 (after trading hours), the same parties entered into a third cooperation agreement. This agreement concerns Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong commissioning PHOENIX TV to provide services for a new program under the terms of this third pact. The new program is a documentary series centered on Traditional Chinese Medicine culture (approximately 8 to 12 episodes, with a total runtime of no less than 300 minutes), themed on showcasing the overseas spread and evolution of TCM culture. Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong has commissioned PHOENIX TV to produce this new program, which will be promoted and broadcast on PHOENIX TV's television channels (specific channels and broadcast schedules are to be confirmed subsequently by both parties) and on the Group's other new media platforms. In addition to the new program, PHOENIX TV is required to produce no fewer than 100 short video products for dissemination on the Group's new media platforms. Furthermore, PHOENIX TV must conduct two offline promotional events related to the new program, such as roadshows, exhibitions, or forums. PHOENIX TV, as an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, holds a non-domestic television program service license issued by the Communications Authority in Hong Kong. Its principal business includes managing and operating several satellite television channels under this license. As part of its ordinary and general business operations, PHOENIX TV and other members of the Group also produce programs and content materials for broadcast on PHOENIX TV's channels or channels operated by other television operators (including, but not limited to, PHOENIX TV Hong Kong Channel on Channel 85), as well as on the Group's other new media platforms. They also periodically collaborate with other third-party organizations (including, but not limited to, private and public sector entities, educational institutions, etc.), commissioned by these parties to produce, broadcast, and promote special programs of particular interest to them (e.g., programs introducing or promoting these organizations and/or their industries, or related fields or themes in which such organizations are involved). The cooperation under these agreements is expected to generate additional revenue for the Group and create complementary benefits in terms of advertising sales and brand awareness.
