KB LAMINATES (01888) announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Ye Shukun has resigned from his position as a director. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as Chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee, and as a member of both the Board Audit Committee and the Board Nomination Committee. Ms. Rong Haien will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, with the appointments taking effect from December 31, 2025.
