Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited (stock code: 8431) has announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting is set for 18 December 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Room 210, 2nd Floor, Yick Tai Industrial Building, 650–652 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The key motion is a proposed rights issue of up to 181,972,000 new shares, offered on a four-for-one basis at a subscription price of HK$0.21 per share. The record date is noted as 2 January 2026 for determining entitlements. Certain shareholders with addresses outside Hong Kong may be classified as excluded if local legal requirements so necessitate. The placing arrangement for any unsubscribed rights shares is to be handled by Cheong Lee Securities Limited under the placing agreement dated 9 October 2025.

The meeting will also finalize arrangements for share registration. For voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting, the register of members closes from 12 December 2025 to 18 December 2025. Transfers must be lodged with the Hong Kong branch share registrar by 11 December 2025. The company has indicated that meeting resolutions will be taken by poll and that, should severe weather signals be in force, the meeting may be rescheduled as announced later. Shareholders are encouraged to file proxy forms or attend in person before the specified deadlines.
