On 06 November 2025, Weimob Inc. (02013) disclosed details of a share issuance pursuant to its Subscription Agreement dated 17 September 2025 (amended on 11 October 2025) and Placing Agreement dated the same day. The transaction involved the completion of Tranche 1B Subscription Shares at HKD 2.26 per share.
Prior to the issuance, Weimob Inc. recorded 3,788,011,208 issued shares as of 31 October 2025. An additional 172,124,000 shares were issued, representing a 4.54% increase in the company’s total issued shares. Following this change, the aggregate number of issued shares has risen to 3,960,135,208.
