Playmates Toys Solicits Shareholder Preferences on Future Corporate Communication Formats

Bulletin Express04-08 18:23

Playmates Toys Limited issued a letter dated 8 April 2026 to its newly registered shareholders together with the 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and proxy form. The company is requesting each shareholder to specify a preferred language and delivery channel for all forthcoming corporate communications.

Shareholders may select one of four options: 1. Access all future documents solely via the corporate website (www.playmatestoys.com) and receive either an e-mail alert or a printed notification letter. 2. Receive printed English versions only. 3. Receive printed Chinese versions only. 4. Receive both printed English and Chinese versions.

If a completed reply form is not returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited by 7 May 2026, the shareholder will be deemed to have consented to the web-based option. Regardless of the initial choice, preferences can be changed at any time by written notice or email (869-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request if shareholders encounter difficulties with electronic access.

Playmates Toys highlights the environmental and cost benefits of electronic dissemination and reiterates that both English and Chinese versions of all future corporate communications will be available on its website as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. For enquiries, shareholders can contact the hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
