INNOCARE (09969) has announced that Ms. Li Xie Peishan has submitted her resignation from the positions of Company Secretary and, under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, Authorized Representative of the company. Furthermore, she will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices, in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). These changes will take effect from March 25, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Lian Shao'e has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and legal process agent, effective from the same date, March 25, 2026.
