Mr. Kwong Kai Shing has been appointed as an Executive Director, Managing Director, and a member of the Board's Standing Committee, commencing September 16, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Wright Bradley Stephen has been redesignated from Acting Chairman of the Board to Chairman of the Board, also effective from September 16, 2026.

Ms. Li Hui has tendered her resignation as an Executive Director and a member of the Board's Standing Committee to focus on other professional commitments, with effect from September 16, 2026. Pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, Mr. Kwong has been designated to replace Ms. Li as the company's Authorized Representative, also effective from September 16, 2026.
