Zijin Mining has announced that its board of directors will convene on 21 April 2026 (Tuesday) to consider and approve the consolidated results for the three months ended 31 March 2026. The agenda also includes authorising publication of the first-quarter financial report.
The notice was released on 27 March 2026 from Fujian, the PRC, in accordance with Rule 13.43 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
