On September 22, 2026, the company convened the 19th meeting of its seventh board of directors, during which a resolution was approved regarding the appointment of Chairman Zhao Ling to act on behalf of the company's president and legal representative.
Effective from September 22, 2026, Chairman Zhao Ling will perform the duties of the president and legal representative until a new president and legal representative assumes the role.
