Gigadevice Shareholder Transfers HK$405 Million Worth of Shares from Citibank to Goldman Sachs Asia

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 9, a shareholder of GigaDevice transferred shares from Citibank to Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HK$405 million, representing 3.33% of the holdings.

Separately, GigaDevice recently announced that it received a notification letter from its Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. Zhu Yiming, regarding a plan to reduce his shareholding. Due to personal funding needs, Mr. Zhu intends to sell up to 11.21 million A-shares of the company, representing approximately 1.60% of the total share capital. The shares will be sold through centralized bidding and block trades between April 30, 2026, and July 29, 2026.
