周四晚间消息，美国白宫发布了有关能源措施的情况说明书，拜登将宣布美国历史上最大的石油储备释放，将在未来6个月每天释放100万桶石油战略储备。
同时，拜登将发布一项指令，授权使用《国防生产法案》，确保美国关键材料的生产，以支持美国的清洁能源经济。
消息发布后，WTI油价小幅下挫，截至发稿跌幅5%左右。
高盛曾分析，白宫屡次释放战略石油储备的做法在长期来看不可持续，无助于解决石油“结构性短缺”。S&P Global 咨询副总裁 Victor Shum 也称，此举可能微不足道，重点仍然是俄罗斯的出口。
