China Urges Japan's Leaders to Heed Economic Sector's Calls for Stronger Bilateral Ties

During a regular press briefing on June 26, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the fourth China International Supply Chain Expo, which opened on June 22, has seen active and enthusiastic participation from companies and organizations worldwide.

The spokesperson noted that many Japanese enterprises and economic organizations have registered to attend, reflecting the Japanese business community's strong desire to enhance Sino-Japanese relations and expand cooperation with China.

China expressed its hope that Japan's policymakers will listen to and take seriously these voices, correctly identify the root causes of existing issues, engage in reflection and correction, and demonstrate sincerity in improving bilateral relations through concrete actions to create the necessary conditions for normal exchanges between the two countries.

It was also stated that China hopes the Japanese economic community will make active efforts to encourage Japan to adopt a correct view of history and work towards improving China-Japan relations.
