On March 31, CZBANK held its 2025 performance briefing. Vice President Luo Feng stated that being a nationwide bank is the institution's fundamental characteristic and greatest advantage, while Zhejiang province serves as its strategic anchor and pivotal base.
Luo Feng pointed out that CZBANK was established in 2004 to fill the gap of Zhejiang not having a national joint-stock commercial bank. The bank has now established 373 branches across 22 provinces and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, achieving a fundamental nationwide presence.
"We not only serve Zhejiang; we are rooted in Zhejiang but serve the entire nation," Luo Feng emphasized. He noted that the national network represents CZBANK's most significant competitive advantage compared to other corporate banks within Zhejiang. The bank will fully utilize this advantage in the future to coordinate national resources for better service to Zhejiang, its entrepreneurs, and its residents. Meanwhile, with one-third of its institutions, personnel, and business concentrated in Zhejiang, serving the province, its business community, and its people remains an inherent mission and foundational purpose.
Luo Feng indicated that CZBANK will resolutely implement the strategic plans of the provincial committee and government. Adhering to long-term principles, the bank will focus on developing replicable differentiated service models. It will continue to strengthen its efforts in serving the government, supporting entrepreneurs, and assisting residents of Zhejiang, thereby contributing financial strength to the province's high-quality development.
"We will more actively integrate into Zhejiang's overall development," Luo Feng said. "Centering on areas such as high-quality development and the construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone, we will deepen government-bank cooperation, implement three-level coordination, and provide systematic对接 services to establish exemplary leadership in serving the province's major strategies."
