Biwin Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 688525), in response to investor inquiries, has provided details on its previously announced long-term procurement agreements.

The company clarified that the long-term procurement contract announced on March 25th involves a total committed purchase amount of $1.5 billion. The procurement period for this agreement runs from April 2026 through to the end of March 2028, spanning a total of 24 months. The purchasing schedule is structured for uniform procurement across eight quarters.

Separately, the enterprise-grade flash memory particle long-term procurement contract announced on June 10th entails a total committed purchase value of $1.86 billion. The procurement period for this contract is effective from its commencement date until June 30, 2028.

The company has issued a reminder to investors that the market price of the contracted products and overall market demand may fluctuate during the contract periods, and investors should be mindful of the associated investment risks.
