MOG Digitech Holdings Limited has announced a two-week delay in the despatch of its rights-issue prospectus and unveiled a revised timetable for the capital-raising exercise.
The company had originally scheduled the prospectus—covering the proposed non-underwritten rights issue of one new share for every two existing shares held on the record date—to be issued by 10 July 2026. Additional time is required to finalise the document, and the despatch is now expected on or before 24 July 2026.

• Prospectus, provisional allotment letter (PAL) despatch: 24 July 2026 • First day of dealings in nil-paid rights shares: 28 July 2026 • Latest time to split PAL: 4:30 p.m., 30 July 2026 • Last day of dealings in nil-paid rights shares: 4 August 2026 • Latest acceptance and payment for rights shares: 4:00 p.m., 7 August 2026 • Announcement of unsubscribed rights shares: 14 August 2026 • Commencement of placing period for unsubscribed shares: 17 August 2026 • Placing long-stop date: 25 August 2026 • Publication of allotment results: 31 August 2026 • Despatch of share certificates and completion of placing: 1 September 2026 • Start of trading in fully-paid rights shares: 9:00 a.m., 2 September 2026 • Payment of net gain (if any) to relevant shareholders: 8 September 2026
