APT SATELLITE (01045) has announced that Mr. Yan Zhao has resigned from his positions as an executive director, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee of the company, effective March 25, 2026, due to work adjustments. Mr. Yan will continue to serve as Vice President of the company. Mr. Lu Zheng has been appointed as an executive director and Vice President of the company, as well as a member of both the nomination committee and the remuneration committee, effective March 25, 2026.
