CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK) Launches “allmeta” Enterprise Intelligent Operating System to Accelerate AI-Native Transformation

Bulletin Express03-19 23:02

Chinasoft International Limited (“CHINASOFT INT'L”, stock code: 00354) has officially released its self-developed enterprise intelligent operating system, “allmeta”, according to a voluntary announcement dated 19 March 2026.

allmeta positions itself as an Enterprise Intelligent Operating System (EOS) built for the AI era. The product’s three-layer architecture—allmeta Ecore, allmeta Ontology, and allmeta Agentic—forms a closed-loop “Foundation–Cognition–Execution” model. High-quality data extracted by Ecore feeds semantic Ontology to generate an inferable knowledge graph; Ontology then drives Agentic perception and execution, with real-time results written back to Ecore to sustain an “intelligent flywheel”.

The system is designed to provide enterprises with a secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performance AI runtime foundation. By embedding professional AI capabilities directly into business workflows, allmeta aims to shift corporate IT from traditional “recording systems” to real-time “intelligent operation”, supporting faster decision-making and deeper digital transformation.

Strategic cooperation is central to product rollout: • Huawei: Joint development of a fully independent and controllable technology stack. • Energy & Power Sector: Creation of “replacement as upgrade” models to drive sector-specific digitalisation. • Large Model Partners: Integration with Kimi, MiniMax, Guanqun and other ecosystem collaborators to enrich the product platform.

Looking ahead, CHINASOFT INT'L will pursue a full-stack, full-scenario AI strategy, prioritising breakthroughs in two core segments—AI Harmony and AI ERP. The company also plans to build fully localised computing-power infrastructure to support the power industry’s “integration of computing and electricity” while evolving allmeta into an enterprise semantic infrastructure and token value hub with the goal of surpassing traditional ERP systems.
